Application Tips for Cezanne Treatment Lip Balm
Apply an appropriate amount directly to the lips.
For daytime care, apply one smooth layer whenever moisture is needed.
For nighttime care, apply a generous layer before bed.
Because the balm is very soft, twist up only approximately 1mm at a time and apply directly to the lips.
Cautions for Cezanne Treatment Lip Balm
Please use with care, paying close attention to any abnormalities that may occur on the lips.
Discontinue use if any irritation, redness, swelling, itching, or other abnormalities appear on the lips.
If symptoms persist, consult a dermatologist or other healthcare professional.
Because the stick is very soft, avoid extending it too far. Excessive extension may cause the balm to break, chip, or become difficult to retract.
Avoid dropping or subjecting the product to strong impact, as this may cause breakage.

We offer worldwide shipping with two available options:
Standard Air Mail Shipping
Orders over USD 60.00 qualify for free shipping via Hong Kong Air Mail or an equivalent shipping service.
For orders under USD 60.00, a flat shipping fee of USD 8.00 will apply.Express Shipping (Expedited Option)
Express Shipping is available at a flat rate of USD 27.00 per order.
Your order will be shipped via one of UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS, or an equivalent international courier.
Please note that if the Express Shipping option does not appear during checkout, this means Express Shipping is currently not supported for your destination country.
The final shipping service provider will be selected based on factors such as destination, customs clearance efficiency, and tax considerations to ensure the most reliable and efficient delivery.
Shipping Time
Normally we will ship out your order within 1-4 business day depends on stock availability (Astigmatism/Multifocal/Toric lenses may take longer preparation time). Tracking number will be provided by email after shipment completed. Please keep an eye on your email, including your junk/spam mailbox, to ensure you receive the tracking details.
For standard air mail shipping, normally it takes 2 to 4 weeks for mail items to reach recipients for most destination cities.
For Express shipping, normally it takes 2 - 6 business day for mail items to reach recipients for most destination cities.
Please note that there may be some unexpected delay due to the situation of flight availability, customs clearance, aviation security check, uncontrollable circumstances, such as disaster, political risk, strike, war or epidemic, etc as well as the territory coverage.
For destinations in Africa, Central America, South America and extensive territory, may experience longer shipping times due to infrequent flight schedules.
Out-of-stock notification

Taxation

For deliveries to the United States, we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all shipping options. This means the amount shown at checkout is the final amount you pay, with no additional duties or taxes required upon delivery.
For deliveries to the European Union, DDP service is available for Standard Air Mail shipping only.
If you have any special requests regarding tax or customs arrangements for your package, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our utmost to assist.
Tracking Information
Upon availability, we will send the customer a tracking number for their package via email. In case you do not receive the tracking number within two weeks, please ensure to check your junk mail folder and then reach out to us. We will gladly send you the tracking number manually.
Please note that there may be a delay of 1-2 days for the tracking record to be updated. If you do not currently see your tracking record, we kindly suggest revisiting the tracking websites at a later time.
Furthermore, in some cases, we may dispatch the package in separate shipments. Hence, you might receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
