Cleaning and rising are essential to remove mucus, secretions and deposits which may have accumulated during use. Do this immediately after removing the your Geo Berry Chessy Violet and prior to disinfection. Harmful germs formulas can only be removed by cleaning, rinsing and disinfecting
When wearing Geo Berry Chessy Violet, you may notice temporary difference in your vision due to the presence of the color in your lenses, especially in condition of low light. We ship worldwide.
For orders over USD 60.00, we provide free shipping by Hong Kong Air Mail (or equivalent services).
For order under USD 60.00, our standard shipping rate by Hong Kong Air Mail (or equivalent services) is USD 8.00 per order.
We also provide EMS shipping with the rate USD27.00 per order.
Shipping Time
Normally we will ship out your order within 1-4 business day depends on stock availability (Astigmatism/Multifocal/Toric lenses may take longer preparation time). Tracking number will be provided by email after shipment completed.
For regular air mail shipping, normally it takes 2 to 4 weeks for mail items to reach recipients for most destination cities.
For EMS shipping, normally it takes 2 - 6 business day for mail items to reach recipients for most destination cities.
Please note that there may be some unexpected delay due to the situation of flight availability, customs clearance, aviation security check, uncontrollable circumstances, such as disaster, political risk, strike, war or epidemic, etc as well as the territory coverage.
For destinations in Africa, Central America, South America and extensive territory, may experience longer shipping times due to infrequent flight schedules.
Taxation
Although customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, and fees as determined by their local authorities, we will do our best to help minimize these charges.
