We offer worldwide shipping with two available options:
Standard Air Mail Shipping
Orders over USD 60.00 qualify for free shipping via Hong Kong Air Mail or an equivalent shipping service.
For orders under USD 60.00, a flat shipping fee of USD 8.00 will apply.
Express Shipping (Expedited Option)
Express Shipping is available at a flat rate of USD 27.00 per order.
Your order will be shipped via one of UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS, or an equivalent international courier.
The final shipping service provider will be selected based on factors such as destination, customs clearance efficiency, and tax considerations to ensure the most reliable and efficient delivery.
Shipping Time
Normally we will ship out your order within 1-4 business day depends on stock availability (Astigmatism/Multifocal/Toric lenses may take longer preparation time). Tracking number will be provided by email after shipment completed. Please keep an eye on your email, including your junk/spam mailbox, to ensure you receive the tracking details.
For standard air mail shipping, normally it takes 2 to 4 weeks for mail items to reach recipients for most destination cities.
For Express shipping, normally it takes 2 - 6 business day for mail items to reach recipients for most destination cities.
Please note that there may be some unexpected delay due to the situation of flight availability, customs clearance, aviation security check, uncontrollable circumstances, such as disaster, political risk, strike, war or epidemic, etc as well as the territory coverage.
For destinations in Africa, Central America, South America and extensive territory, may experience longer shipping times due to infrequent flight schedules.
