Shipping Charge

We ship worldwide.

For orders over USD 60.00, we provide free shipping by Hong Kong Air Mail.

For order under USD 60.00, our standard shipping rate by Hong Kong Air Mail is USD 8.00 per order.

We also provide EMS shipping with the rate USD27.00 per order. 

Shipping Time

Normally we will ship out your order within 1-4 business day depends on stock availability (Astigmatism/Multifocal/Toric lenses may take longer time). Tracking number will be provided by email after shipment completed. 

For regular air mail shipping, normally it takes 2 to 4 weeks for mail items to reach recipients for most destination cities.

For EMS shipping, normally it takes 2 - 6 business day for mail items to reach recipients for most destination cities.

Please note that there may be some unexpected delay due to the situation of flight availability, customs clearance, aviation security check, uncontrollable circumstances, such as disaster, political risk, strike, war or epidemic, etc as well as the territory coverage. For destinations in extensive territory, it may take more delivery time.

Tracking Information

Upon availability, we will send the customer a tracking number for their package via email. In case you do not receive the tracking number within two weeks, please ensure to check your junk mail folder and then reach out to us. We will gladly send you the tracking number manually.

Please note that there may be a delay of 1-2 days for the tracking record to be updated. If you do not currently see your tracking record, we kindly suggest revisiting the tracking websites at a later time.

Furthermore, in some cases, we may dispatch the package in separate shipments. Hence, you might receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
