Currently we accept payment through Visa, Mastercard Amex and Apple Pay. The payment is processed through Stripe, one of the largest and safest payment gateway in the world.
If you have any other payment preference, please contact us before ordering.
You can view your order status through the link provided in the order confirmation email. You can also register for an account in our store to keep track of your order.

Once you have registered for an account in our store, please keep your account information updated so we can deliver your order accurately.
Returns, Refund & Exchange
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. All returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in unopened condition.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund/exchange request within 10 days from the receipt of your returned item. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
We can process your refund/exchange request without the returned products for the following situations:
- Product out of stock
- Product does not receive in 120 days
- Deficit product with valid proof
- Wrong product with valid proof
